I am soooo tired of seeing all these posts about how you are going to be great.
Ha. No.
- You have started a weight loss / fitness journey. You are great.
- You gave up some junk food / soda etc. You are great.
- You drink water everyday. You are great.
You’re great for starting a journey and giving up old habits. You are on your way to becoming the best version of you possible. But are great now. Right now. And don’t you ever forget that.
